Welcome.
The religious philosophy of Spiritualism is based upon the Seven Principles;
1. The Fatherhood of God
2. The Brotherhood of Man
3. The Communion of Spirits and the Ministry of Angels
4. The continuous existence of the human soul
5. Personal responsibility
6. Compensation and retribution for all good and evil deeds done on earth
7. Eternal progress open to every human soul
What is a District Council?
The local affairs of the Spiritualist National Union are delegated to fourteen administrative branches, known as District Councils (DCs). The DCs aim to promote a knowledge of Spiritualism on the basis of the Seven Principles within their areas. Each DC is administered by an executive committee who are elected by the representatives of affiliated churches & centres and by the Individual members allocated to the district council.
